HOW TO USE:
Shake pen before use. Sweep along lash line, and use the tip of the pen to create a thin precise line. For a thick, bolder look, position pen at an angle and sweep along lash line. Continuously sweep over line to increase colour’s vibrancy. Store vertically, with cap down for best performance.
